About Sarah Neustadter, Ph.D.
Based in Los Angeles, Sarah Neustadter, Ph.D., is a writer, podcaster, and creative director who has worked with people of diverse ages and backgrounds in identifying and resolving life challenges. She currently writes and consults on creative projects with exclusive clientele.
Dr. Neustadter earned her BA at New York University, graduating cum laude. She subsequently spent five years studying at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology and authored her dissertation on the spiritual factors that can lead one to select one’s partner.
Among Dr. Neustadter’s abiding interests are self-help, wellness, and grief, and she approaches these issues from an emotional perspective rather than as a mental health advisor. Her background extends to developing the television concept and pilot Mystery School, and she earned screenplay selection for Pigeon Xmas, an animated family comedy, at the International New York Film Festival. Sarah Neustadter enjoys outdoor activities in her free time, including rollerskating and dance.
